Shipping Policy have a standard delivery option of Express next day delivery on all document scanners. Should your item(s) be out of stock and we cannot fulfil your order within the time scales requested, we will contact you immediately to advise you of best estimated delivery date.

Orders received and processed by before 4pm (Monday to Thursday excluding public holidays) and 2pm (Friday excluding public holidays) will usually be dispatched the same day. Orders received after these times will be dispatched the following business day. does not operate on public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next available business day. does not operate over the Christmas period. Our last working day is the last business day before the 24th December and we reopen on the first business day after the 1st January. Any orders placed in this period will be processed on the first business day after the 1st January. A notification of our closure for the Christmas period is always clearly dispalyed on the homepage of our website at least two weeks prior to closure.

In the vast majority of instances are able to meet your preferred delivery criteria. However, on the rare occasion, where due to unforeseen circumstances we fail to meet the desired service level, please contact us, and we will provide you with an updated ETA. Please note, next business day deliveries are scheduled to be delivered up to 5:30pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all goods and services ordered from Ascot Business Solutions Ltd, trading as


Unwanted Goods will refund 100% of the costs of the goods less delivery and any credit card transaction charges provided the goods are returned within 14 days from the date of despatch. Any goods being returned by the consumer must be unused and still in their original packaging with all labels and seals in tact.

Any costs for returning unwanted goods will be the responsibility of the purchaser. When returning goods, please ensure that they are delivered back to Ascot Business Solutions Ltd T/A using a postal / courier service requiring a signature as proof of delivery. The purchaser should also consider insuring the goods against damage or loss in transit. The address for returning goods can be found on the "ABOUT" page of the website.


Damaged / Wrongly Despatched Goods.


In circumstances where goods are found to be faulty or the wrong goods have been despatched, will replace or exchange the items. In circumstances where the error is due to the failings of, we will arrange and pay all re-delivery and collection fees.

Any goods found to be faulty or delivered incorrectly must be reported immediately to on 01785 785 655 and no later than 14 calendar days after purchase.

In the unlikely event that a replacement item is out of stock at the time we are notified of the error, the purchaser will be offered a full refund of the sums paid, to include any additional charges applied to the transaction.

Any replacement, exhange or refund will only be processed once the faulty / wrong items have been returned to us and we are satisfied that the goods are faulty or the wrong items were despatched. We shall endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days from receipt of the goods. Refunds will be processed using the same credit or debit card used to purchase the goods.
