Canon DR-7580
The Canon DR-7580 handles the toughest scanning tasks with ease, with its high-performance scanning with a rich range of versatile features. To increase document scanning speeds the DR-7580 features an on board JPEG compression and a CIS (Contact Image Sensor). As a result you can attain speeds that reach right up to 75 pages per minute. Scans up to a large A3 size and also have the ability to handle different paper formats and thicknesses in mixed batches. Includes features such as Double Feed Detection mode to prevent two pages from people fed together and also Simple Staple Detection, when the sensor detects a staple in either upper corner, the scanning process is automatically stopped.

Canofile Conversion:
Do you still have important data stored on Canofile magnetic optical disk?
Canofile is no longer supported by Canon and is an outdated method of storing your valuable information. With every passing year the difficulty of restoring your Canofile data grows to the point of complete obsolescence.
Some data formats and media types stand the test of time, but many do not. As with 3½” and 5¼” floppy disks, the useful life has long since ended for the Canofile format. Organisations that require ongoing access to images stored in Canofile formats are probably already facing daily frustrations in doing so, and the situation is destined only to get worse.
